Hi huns, I am back from Turkey. Unfortunately. That means no more scheduled posts or tweets from me because lol I'm actually very unorganised and can't cope with that amount of stress. Yay for spontaneity.
How else am I going to tell you all about my holiday other without making a photo diary? Besides, a photo can say a thousand words (and I actually spent 90% of the time napping my hangovers away on a sunbed but we'll look past that). I came back with a bomb ass tan, having made new friends and a constant craving for cherry juice. Trust me, it's amazing.
For anyone who may be interested, I stayed at the Ocean Blue High Class hotel in Hisaronu - around 50 minutes from Dalaman airport. Hisaronu is a beautiful village turned resort and I'd recommend it to anyone. I guarantee you won't meet a friendlier bunch of locals anywhere else in the world.
One day we decided to get the bus into Fethiye, a town not too far from Hisaronu, to visit the marina. Sounds lovely doesn't it? And it was, until it reached 40 degrees and you were walking around in it. We quickly found a McDonald's and took refuge in there to cool down.
(Attempting to look natural, but instead look like I've seen something v interesting on my toenail)
(Much better #Vogue)
(A nugget fix is always necessary)
As we didn't really fancy doing any trips or excursions this holiday due to the heat, me and my momma popped down to the beach one night to watch the sunset and ended up in a lovely italian restaurant. The restaurant was situated down a side street just off the Olu Deniz main strip and honestly, the food was incredible... But me being me felt like an awkward blogger and didn't want to photograph it - just take my word for it ok.
To finish off this post, I thought I'd gather a few miscellaneous photos of Hisaronu, the main strip, food, etc. You know the drill.
(The nicest bread you will ever eat)
(Goodbye Turkey, see you in September)
I do apologise for the complete mismatch of photos but you should know me by now, I don't plan these things. Luckily for me, I've booked to go back at the end of September because sweet jesus, these Turkey withdrawals are bad.

Nice blogpost. I've been to Fethiye, Hisaronu and Oludeniz for almost 7 years and I never went in the high summer season because it is too hot overthere. Didn't you do any diving with European Diving Centre? The owner is a couple from the UK. I love Fethiye and I love Turkey but my next trip will be my homeland Indonesia and especially Bali! Great post and keep on writing. Greets
